On the occasion of International Women’s Day, KO Fight Studio partnered with Berger Paints Bangladesh Limited to host a special Women’s Self-Defense Seminar. This empowering event aimed to equip women with essential self-defense techniques, fostering confidence and awareness in challenging situations. Under the guidance of experienced instructors, participants were introduced to practical skills rooted in Shinkyokushin Karate, emphasizing real-world scenarios.
